What Is Included In Our Service Agreements

  1. TRAVEL FEE - IS WAIVED WHEN WORK IS PERFORMED! - As a member of our Residential Service Agreement all travel fees are waived when you have us do the work you called us for. This benefit is in force for as long as you remain a member of our Residential Service Agreement.
  2. PREFERRED PRICING - Save an average of 10% off the "standard rate"
  3. SERVICE WHEN YOU NEED IT, - Our services on nights, weekends and holidays are prioritized for member of our Residential Service Agreements.
  4. OVERTIME PRICE PROTECTION - Even on nights, weekends and holidays, you only pay the "standard rate price" Remember we CHARGE BY THE JOB, NOT BY THE HOUR. So you always save money.
  5. GO TO THE HEAD OF THE LINE - Your member of our Residential Service Agreement increases your electrical reliability, but should you need service, your plan entitles you to "GO TO THE HEAD OF THE LINE" preferential treatment.
  6. PERIODIC INSPECTIONS - If you desire and request it, we will perform one FREE safety inspection. Potential problems are spotted before they can cause trouble. During the second half of the term of the plan you will be contacted to set up a convenient time for us to come to your home and perform your FREE Inspection.
